Terms of service & Commission info

PAYMENT PROCESS
- Payment made by via paypal only! payment is made entirely upfront unless a payment plan was reached. in which I will send an invoice to the desired PayPal email. Invoice must be payed within 48 hours of being received.- Orders are final, refunds can only be requested if no work has begun on the project

COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Fill out the commission form linked in this card above.
2. After submitting the form Inform me Via Twitter DM (@scarletliatrys) so I may review it.
3. If Commission request is accepted, it will be placed into my waitlist and you'll be given a rough delivery date estimate.
4. Once commission is started updates will be given as work gets done.
5. A high quality PNG will be sent to the email provided in the form. (GIF/JPEG's will also be sent depending on the commission)

TERMS OF SERVICE- Filling out the commission form DOES NOT mean am obligated to take on the commission request.- Commissions are strictly not to be used for commercial-use (ex. Merch, resale, etc.) unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made. Inquire further for details.- Detailed designs will increase the price of a commission. (complex armor, patterns, tattoos etc.)- I have the right to deny any commission form.- I reserve the right to use commissions as material for Patreon rewards, portfolios, showcases, business cards, price lists examples, NSFW variations for Patreon patrons, etc.- I reserve the right to stream the artwork unless requested differently. Any work requiring me to work off stream will incur additional costs.- My art is not to be used for NFTs in any way!- The Client agrees to crediting me when using the artwork.- Any use of my artwork to train, promote, or be used in A.I. art programs is strictly forbidden. (some of these A.I. art programs include but are not limited to: Midjouney, Dall-E, DeepDream, ArtBreeder etc.) Any violations shall be issued a fine upwards of $15000 per violation and or infringement of copyright.

FAQ
- After being put on the waitlist you will be given an rough estimated date of when the work begins.
once work starts, the estimated delivery time is 5 work days to 6 work weeks. Delivery time may vary depending on the size of the commission project.- When updates are sent to client, revisions/edits can only be accepted during the sketching stage. One revision is allowed during sketch phase, and a minor change is allowed during rendering process (lighting my be changed, not main elements.) Any major or additional edits will be subject to extra costs starting at $15 an edit.- Do NOT edit, trace,- If you are needing me to make a design there will be an additional cost added to the commission based on complexity.- I do take NSFW commissions (nudity, suggestive poses) however I will only take those I am comfortable with and will not draw fetish art.- You MUST provide various visual reference or else I will deny your commission form.- if I am not able to take on any more commissions into my queue, I will add you to the waitlist after approving your commission request form.- Are the commission types listed in prices the only ones available?
Sadly yes, I will add more types of commissions in the future as I expand my skillset! (chibis, Stream alerts, and animations are some I expect to add once I get more comfortable taking those types of commissions)
